Ingredients:

Dressing:

  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • ¼ tsp Asian Sesame Oil

Wraps:

  • 500 g Chicken Breast
  • 6 Lettuce
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 3 Spring Onion
  • ½ cup Coriander
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Tomato
  • ¾ cup Cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. To make the dressing, combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until serving time
  2. Cook chicken over a medium heat until golden and cooked through. Slice and place in a bowl with about 3 tablespoons dressing and mix
  3. Divide mixture among lettuce leaves. Top each with some of remaining ingredients and roll up to form wraps
