Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Sweetener
  • 1 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Cream
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • ¼ cup Mixed Berries
  • Almonds

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a ramekin with butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine the almond flour, sweetener, egg, cream and vanilla.
  3. Pour the mixture into the ramekin and bake for 10 minutes. Top with berries and sliced almonds.
