Ingredients:

  • 2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Sweetener
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ cup Mixed Berries
  • 1 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Cream

Topping

  • ¼ cup Almonds
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Sweetener

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the streusel topping by mixing all ingredients together, set aside.
  3. In a large bowl combine almond flour, baking powder and sweetener, mix well.
  4. Fold in berries.
  5. Make a well in the dry mixture and add cream, vanilla extract and egg. Combine until you can knead the dough with your hands.
  6. Shape the dough into 12 small scones and dust with streusel topping.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
  8. Dig in.
