Ingredients:

  • 250 g Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • cup Cashews
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • ½ tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 2 Eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except eggs) in a food processor and blend until crumbly.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and add to the broccoli mixture.
  3. Heat a pan over a medium heat and spoon the mixture into the hot pan. Cook until golden and cooked through.
  4. Serve with side salad and poached eggs.
