Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • ¼ cm Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Garlic
  • 250 g Beef
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 4 Green Onions
  • 2 Cabbage
  • 8 oz Mushrooms

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the hoisin, coconut aminos, vinegar, and sesame oil. Set aside
  2. Heat the 2 teaspoons coconut oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Sautee onions, garlic, ginger, ground beef and all other spices. Continue cooking for 5 minutes, then add the diced mushrooms. Continue cooking until any remaining liquid cooks off and starts to turn golden, about 3 minutes more
  3. Spoon the mixture into individual cabbage leaves. Top with grated cheese. Enjoy immediately.
