Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 1 tsp Lite Seasoner
  • ½ Onion
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 400 ml Coconut Cream
  • 2 tbsp Lime
  • 1 tbsp Basil

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat oil over a medium heat. While the pan heats up, season salmon with lite seasoner. When the oil is hot, add the salmon - skin side up - and cook for about 4 minutes or until golden. Flip the salmon and cook until golden (about 2 minutes). Remove and place on a plate.
  2. In the same pan add the onion and sauté until soft. Add garlic and ginger and stir until fragrant.
  3. Stir in coconut cream and simmer until thick. Stir in lime juice.
  4. Remove from heat, add the salmon and garnish with basil and lime wedges.
