Ingredients:

  • 4x150 g Fish Fillets
  • 5 tbsp Butter
  • ½ cup Cream
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Lemon
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • to serve Fresh Parsley and Lemon

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Place fish into a large baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  3. Place butter, cream, garlic, mustard and lemon juice into a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30-60 seconds, until melted and smooth
  4. Pour the sauce over the fish and bake for 10 minutes, or until cooked. Remove from the oven and transfer to serving plates. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges with a side salad
