Ingredients:

  • 700 g Mince
  • 8 Bacon
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Italian Herbs
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper
  • ¾ cup Spinach
  • ½ cup Mushrooms
  • Salad
  • Avocado

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mince, bacon, parmesan, salt, pepper, italian herbs, parsley, onion, garlic and tomato paste.
  3. Place half of the mixture into the loaf tin.
  4. Layer the cheese, spinach and mushrooms on top.
  5. Add the remaining mince mix to the tin and bake for one hour, or until cooked.
  6. Serve with salad and avocado.
