Ingredients:

  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 cup Spinach

Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • ½ tsp Rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Avocado Oil
  • Lite Seasoner
  • 1 pinch Cayenne
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 Bacon

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl with a fork.
  2. Microwave spinach or heat in a pan until wilted.
  3. Poach 2 eggs in water with a dash of vinegar.
  4. Arrange spinach first on the plate, add the eggs and avocado and then top with the sauce.
