Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Cream
  • 30 g Cow Feta
  • 1 tbsp Pesto
  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes
  • Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat a pan on medium heat.
  2. Whisk eggs and cream together until fluffy.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan and leave until it’s almost done.
  4. Add sliced cherry tomatoes, pesto and feta cheese to one half of the omelette.
  5. Fold the omelette in half and leave for another 5 minutes until eggs are cooked and feta has melted.
