Ingredients:

  • 340 g Green Beans
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Free-Range Eggs
  • ½ tsp Garlic Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • cup Parmesan Cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Dry your beans and snip off the ends
  3. Combine the parmesan cheese, garlic salt, pepper and paprika in a shallow plate and mix well
  4. Whisk the egg in a large bowl and drench the beans in the egg until fully coated
  5. Gently press the egg coated beans into the parmesan mix and coat well
  6. Place the beans evenly onto the baking tray and drizzle the olive oil over to help them crisp up
  7. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden
