Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Stevia Erythritol Blend
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 tbsp Stevia Erythritol Blend
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Free Range Eggs
  • 2 Free Range Eggs
  • tsp Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil water for the Baine Marie to use during baking. Place a casserole or baking dish in the oven and pour hot water to fill 1-inch
  2. Make the “caramel,” by caramelizing the stevia erythritol blend in a pan. Then allocate and pour into the 2 medium sized oval pans
  3. Whisk in all ingredients Heat heavy cream, salt, sweetener, vanilla, eggs, and egg yolks, but don’t overbeat. You don’t want your flan to be airy. Transfer the mixture to your pans. Cover with foil
  4. Carefully place the pans into the casserole dish and bake for 40-45 minutes until the surface is firm, but soft
  5. Remove from oven and let ramekins cool for 20 minutes. Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours until completely firm
