Ingredients:

  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Psyllium Husk
  • 2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal
  • 3 Free Range Eggs
  • 1 ½ cup Almond Meal
  • ½ cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 tbsp Butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F and grease a small 8 inch cast iron skillet generously
  2. Melt the shredded cheddar cheese in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir to combine
  3. Combine beaten eggs, coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, psyllium husks, flaxseed meal, garlic powder and salt in a medium sized bowl
  4. Roll the dough evenly, and form uniform sizes of dough, about half cup
  5. Arrange the dough balls in the cast iron skillet. Make sure there is 1 inch space in between each dough
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown, but make sure you don’t brown it too much
  7. Best served warm. Can be reheated in the microwave for 30 seconds
