Ingredients:

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • ½ Onion
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 3 Garlic
  • 1 cup Cream
  • ¾ cup Broth/Stock
  • 1 tbsp Parsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. Coat the pork chops with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium heat and sear the pork chops for 3-5 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the mushrooms and onion and fry until golden brown.
  4. Add the garlic and parsley, then pour in the broth and cream. Mix until well combined.
  5. Place the pork chops back into the pan and simmer for 3 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked to your liking.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with broccoli.
