Ingredients:

  • 2 lb Pork
  • ¼ cup Tomato Paste
  • 3 cup Beef Broth
  • 4 strips Bacon
  • 15 Pearl Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 5 Thyme
  • 6 Garlic Clove
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Broccoli and Cabbage

Cooking Instructions

  1. Extract the fats by searing the bacon in a cooking pot
  2. Sauté the pearl onions. Cook for 30 seconds while stirring
  3. Add minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds
  4. Put the pork into the pot and then cook until brown and tender
  5. Add tomato paste and then stir
  6. Pour beef broth into the pan. Let simmer for 3 mins and boil
  7. Add carrot and thyme.
  8. Cover the pot and continue to cook between low to medium heat for 2 to 3 hours or until pork gets tender
  9. Put the garnish (if you opted to) into the pot. Cook for 7 minutes
  10. Season with salt and ground black pepper
