Ingredients:

Zoodles:

  • 2 Courgette
  • ¾ cup Mushrooms
  • ½ cup Red Cabbage
  • ½ cup Broccoli
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Sauce:

  • ¼ cup 100% Natural Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 pinch Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add the sliced broccoli, cabbage and mushrooms. Sauté until they begin to soften.
  2. Add zoodles to the pan and heat gently until they become soft.
  3. Mix your sauce by combining all ingredients.
  4. Divide the zoodle mixture between two bowls and drizzle with sesame dressing. Top with chopped almonds (optional).
