Ingredients:

  • 2 cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Sweetnener
  • 90 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Cooking Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Cream butter and sweetener. Add in almond flour and vanilla and knead until you get a smooth dough – it will be dense and a little crumbly, but will stick together when pressed)
  3. Roll the dough until it is approximately 1cm thick and cut into little rectangles
  4. Prick the short bread with a fork
  5. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden
