Ingredients:

  • 2 cup Cheese
  • ½ Onion
  • 2 Garlic
  • 450 g Mince
  • 200 g Tomato
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

To serve:

  • Avocado
  • Sour Cream
  • Tomato

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Spoon 2 tablespoons of cheese on the baking tray and bake for about 5 minutes until golden and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let cool
  3. Grease a 12 hole muffin tin and place the melted cheese into the muffin tin and let completely cool
  4. In a large pan sauté the onion over a medium heat, add in garlic and beef mince. Cook until mince is cooked. Drain the excess liquid then add in paprika, cumin, salt and pepper and tomatoes, simmer until thick
  5. Spoon into cheese cups and serve with avocado, cream cheese and fresh tomato
